Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients

2 tblsp of sweetcorn
1 large red pepper
4 small mushrooms
150g of pasta
a teaspoon of vegetable oil
a drop of vinger
a pinch of sugar
a pinch mustard

Method

Boil water for pasta in a saucepan.

Chop all the vegetables.

Put the pasta in the water and cook for 12 minutes.

When the pasta is cooked drain it and put it into a large cooking bowl.

Add the peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn and mix together.

Then add the vinger, sugar, oil and mustard.

Mix it all together and put it into serving bowls.
