| Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion until soft. |
| Make a cut along each sausage and peel off the skin. |
| Place the sausage meat into a bowl and add the mince, cooked onion, worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs and herbs. |
| Season and mix together. Spoon into the loaf tin and smooth the top so it is level. |
| Bake for 40-45 minutes. |
