Quick Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

cooked chicken, chopped
1 tin condenced mushroom soup
tomato puree
1 medium onion, finely chopped
seasoning

Preheat the oven to 180°C or Gas Mark 4.

Fry the onion until soft, add the chicken and soup and stir well.

Squeeze in approx 3-5cm of tomato puree and season to taste.

Bake for 45 minutes.
