Broccoli & Cheese Soup

Ingredients

Two heads of broccoli
1 1/2 pints of water
2 vegetable stock cubes
2 dairylea triangles
salt & pepper

Cut up the broccoli and wash thoroughly.
Put the broccoli into pan, add the water and stock cubes, cover and heat until boiling.
Turn down and simmer until the broccoli is completely cooked.
Carefully transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour back into the saucepan and add the dairylea triangles.
Stir until they have melted then serve and impress!!!
