Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients

crumble mix homemade or packet
400g rhubarb
75g castor sugar
custard, cream or ice cream to serve

Pre-heat oven to 180°C or Gas Mark 4. Grease a ovenproof pie dish.

Chop the rhubarb and place into the dish.

Sprinkle over the sugar and top with the crumble mix.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve with the custard, cream or vanilla ice cream.
