Mars Bar Surprise

Ingredients

3 mars bars
25g butter
2 tblsp syrup
rice crispies
200g cooking chocolate

Chop the mars bars and melt toghether with the butter and syrup in bowl over a pan of boiling water.
Once melted add enough rice crispies to make a firm mixture and mix well.
Spoon into a sandwich tin and press into the corners until even.
Melt the cooking chocolate and spread over the top.
Put in the fridge to set. Cut into squares and enjoy.
