25g castor sugar
2 tblsp golden syrup
25g butter
75g rice crispies or cornflakes
Place the butter, sugar and golden syrup into a pan. Melt slowly over a low heat, boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and stir in the rice crispies or cornflakes. Stir with a wooden spoon until they are all coated.
Set out 20 cake cases and spoon the mixture into the cases. Leave to set before eating (if you can wait!!)
