| Melt the chocolate, syrup and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. |
| Stir well until melted then remove from the heat. |
| Place the biscuits, raisins/sultanas and cherries into a large bowl. |
| Mix all the ingredients together then tip the mixture into the cake tin and spread it out. |
| Put the cake tin into the fridge and leave until set. |
| Cut into squares before serving. |
