Dress Cake - I used Stan's Ginger Sponge recipe for this cake using cocoa powder instead of the ginger and chocolate buttercream instead of lemon.

I made the barbie and girl cakes using 'The Ultimate book of Children's Party Cakes' by Joanna Farrow, Lindsay John Bradshaw & Lisa Tilley.
